Scientific Career

Rafał Czerwieniec studied natural sciences at the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the University of Warsaw and received his MSc degree in Chemistry in 2000. In 2005, he obtained his PhD from the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Science in Warsaw. He continued his research at the University of Regensburg and University of Bayreuth. His scientific interests are focused on photophysics of organic and metalorganic compounds and their applications. Currently, he is working at the University of Regensburg on his habilitation thesis.
