Video digitisation

All students and employees of the University of Regensburg can have video formats digitised free of charge for scientific purposes in the MultiMediaCentre. The MultiMediaCentre offers the following services for films on video cassette or DVD:

• Digitising video cassettes (VHS)
• Copy DVDs to DVDs
• cut out individual film sequences
• Play videos and DVDs with different country codes
• Play videos and DVDs with different formats

If you would like to take advantage of our video digitisation services, please bring the original media and a storage medium of your choice to the MultiMediaCentre (Central Library, rooms 519) or contact us in advance by telephone (0941 943 -1606/ -1607/ -1608/ -1553) or by e-mail (mmz@ur.de).
