Research

Team learning: The relationship between team learning conditions, team learning behaivours and team learning products over time:

•Team learning behaviours
•Innovative work behaviour
•Team mental models
•Professional development
•Temporal, behavioural change

Having been the focus of my doctoral thesis (‘Team learning in work teams in vocational education’), my key research interest is team learning. I focus on different team learning conditions, team learning behaviours and team learning products. Especially I focus on innovative work behaviour as team learning product. Moreover I focus temporal change and on differences in team learning, including differences caused by the domain, the types of teams, the team structure etc.
